Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Write maintainable and thoroughly tested code while helping to uphold coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with engineers from other teams and projects that interact with this platform to coordinate changes and integrations.

• Design, maintain, and develop database schemas, write efficient and reliable queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.

• Identify and drive incremental improvements to enhance the platform’s reliability, performance, and overall quality.

• Monitor platform health through metrics, logs, and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog), and assist in diagnosing and resolving issues.

• Stay updated on health-tech advancements such as interoperability standards, drug databases, and industry platforms, applying best practices where appropriate.

• Engage with non-technical and healthcare partners to clarify requirements and deliver thoughtful, practical software solutions.

• Adhere to established SDLC processes and compliance requirements throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in building and maintaining web applications using React for the front end and PHP (Laravel) with MySQL for the back end.

• Familiarity with external APIs and third-party services.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in the health-tech, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus.

• Communicates clearly and respectfully, and is approachable and easy to work with in a collaborative team environment.
