Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist AI Advocates in the implementation and evolution of new hybrid squads.

• Design and architect solutions to facilitate and accelerate the adoption of hybrid squads at Itaú.

• Suggest and implement enhancements in processes and workflows, with a critical perspective on existing practices.

• Ensure technical alignment among different teams, promoting standards and best practices in hybrid squads.

• Conduct workshops and share technical knowledge to multiply learning and enhance the maturity of the squads.

• Collaborate with technology areas for the efficient integration of tools such as Devin, Claude, Copilot, AWS, Hybrid Flow, and IuPipes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Establish technical standards and best practices in backend technologies (Java or Python) and frontend, aligned with the organizational context.

• Develop and integrate mission-critical APIs, proposing secure, scalable, and monitorable solutions.

• Design efficient and robust CI/CD pipelines for distributed environments.

• Diagnose and resolve complex observability, monitoring, and performance issues in fullstack systems.

• Lead technical initiatives autonomously, directly influencing the strategic decisions of the team.

• Work with SQL/noSQL, designing replication solutions for global high availability.

• Practical experience with artificial intelligence applied to product development and workflow automation.

• Involvement in projects that include distributed caching, performance innovation, and high scalability.

• Active participation in technical communities, events, or strategic forums related to software engineering or AI.

• Experience in the strategic use of StackSpot AI or similar tools to drive organizational innovation.

• Publication of technical articles or presentations on experiences with hybrid squads or innovative integrations.
