Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with current Node.js, Next.js, and React applications.

• Design, enhance, and sustain product features in line with specified requirements.

• Assist in transitioning existing products to production-ready standards.

• Diagnose, debug, and rectify application issues.

• Work collaboratively with the team while independently managing assigned responsibilities.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the development process.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-organized code.

• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development.

• Proficient English communication skills, with the capability to clearly explain technical choices.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end application development with Node.js.

• At least 3 years of experience in front-end application development utilizing React and Next.js.

• Experience in working with existing production codebases (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

• Proven experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining production applications (Browser DevTools, Node.js Debugger).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.).
