Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• You will be positioned at the convergence of back-end and front-end, facilitating smooth integration among APIs, databases, user interfaces, and machine learning services.

• Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and scaling features from start to finish, particularly focusing on our AI/ML-driven experiences, while also mentoring colleagues and guiding architectural decisions.

• You will architect and implement comprehensive full-stack features, ranging from database schema to React components, ensuring they are optimized for scalability and reliability.

• Your role will involve building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs, data pipelines, and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• You will integrate, prompt, and debug large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools, taking ownership of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or fine-tuning pipelines.

• You will ensure flawless interoperability between front-end and back-end systems, minimizing friction, optimizing data flow, and enforcing contracts.

• Collaborating with product, research, design, and infrastructure teams will be essential to define requirements, rapidly iterate, and deploy production-quality code.

• You will monitor performance, reliability, and security metrics.

• Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers through code reviews, architectural evaluations, and the sharing of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with complete ownership in a full-stack capacity.

• Extensive expertise in Python, Node.js, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

• Proficient in hands-on work with GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and the development/support of high-traffic systems.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI/ML models (such as LLMs, NLP, RAG) into production applications.

• Familiarity with or a strong interest in working with MCP servers.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a product-focused mindset: you consider user experience, performance, and business impact deeply.

• You pay attention to both technical details and the overall end-user experience.
