Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug resolution, feature enhancement, code refactoring, and testing.

• Compose clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration testing suites.

• Assess peer-contributed tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Guarantee consistency between specifications, code, and expected results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional professional written communication skills in English.

• 3–7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with functional knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated capability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, code refactoring, and production migrations.
