Full-Stack Analytics Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• You will take hands-on ownership of our analytics and data ecosystem, converting complex data into actionable insights that facilitate strategic decision-making.

• In this position, you will manage, construct, maintain, and ingest data from various source systems, including HRIS, ATS, and Identity.

• We seek a versatile engineer who excels in utilizing Claude Code and other GenAI tools to swiftly develop both the middle data layer (canonical models, semantic layers) and the application layer.

• By employing this hybrid methodology, you will uncover insights and design appealing UI visuals that simplify complex data into clear, compelling narratives for end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a related field, delivering production-grade data models and robust data products.

• Proficiency in SQL; extensive experience with dbt and dimensional/event-temporal modeling.

• Proven versatility in leveraging Claude Code and other generative AI tools to enhance full-stack development, data modeling, and UI design.

• Practical experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery) and an orchestration tool (Dagster/Prefect/Airflow).

• Skilled in Python or R for data transformations, statistical analysis, and automation tasks.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to transform complex analytical findings into actionable business insights.
