Full Stack AI Engineer – PL/SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop web applications using **React (frontend)** and **Node.js (backend)**.

• Design and implement **AI Agents** for automation and decision support.

• Structure agent workflows (memory, tools, and orchestration) using **LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies**.

• Rapidly create **MVPs and POCs** to validate business hypotheses.

• Implement automations and integrations (e.g., **n8n**, APIs).

• Operate end-to-end, from prototype to usable version.

• **Leverage AI (Claude, Codex, etc.) to enhance development speed**.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with **React and Node.js**.

• Experience in building **AI Agents** (multi-step workflows, use of LLMs).

• **Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks**.

• Experience with **MVPs, POCs, and rapid innovation cycles**.

• Integration via REST APIs and automations (e.g., **n8n**).

• **Practical knowledge of data applied to AI** (structuring, consumption, and usage in workflows).

• Experience with **AWS (deployment and basic services)**.

• Self-sufficiency with a focus on delivery.

• Strong communication skills.

• Innovative mindset, capable of taking calculated risks.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with PHP and/or Python.

• Experience with **RAG, embeddings, or data pipelines for LLMs**.

• Knowledge of vector databases.

• Understanding of product concepts (discovery, prioritization).
