Full-Stack AI Engineer, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development of AI solutions, including AI agents, automations, and minimum viable products (MVPs).

• Operate with a significant level of independence and thrive in a setting where quality is the sole responsibility of the developer, eliminating the need for separate QA teams: the developer who creates also tests, verifies, and maintains.

• Contribute to the development of MVPs and proofs of concept (POCs) with an emphasis on learning and delivery.

• Connect systems through APIs and design/structure automations (e.g., n8n).

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, Codex, etc.) throughout the development process.

• Create applications using TypeScript and/or Flutter.

• Remain informed about new tools, trends, and best practices in the AI field.

• Collaborate with the team for the ongoing enhancement of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the complete development cycle of AI agents.

• Familiarity with automations utilizing AI or AI agents.

• Proficiency with automation tools (such as n8n, Zapier, or comparable options).

• Hands-on expertise in applied AI (including LLMs, automations, and agents).

• Practical experience with AI-accelerated development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, etc.).

• Experience working with REST APIs.

• Competence in TypeScript and/or Flutter.

• Basic knowledge of data engineering principles.

• Understanding of RAG and prompt engineering techniques.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.

• Experience with AWS.

• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or architectures for integrating agents and tools (considered a plus).

• Knowledge of Python (considered a plus).

• Familiarity with data as it applies to AI (including structuring and use with LLMs) (considered a plus).
