Full Stack AI Engineer – AI Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take full ownership of product areas from inception to completion — overseeing architecture, implementation, and iteration — within our agent platform.

• This entails constructing and sustaining essential application infrastructure utilizing React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node, and PostgreSQL.

• You will design the AI components that empower our agents to function effectively: including multi-model orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases, semantic memory, prompt caching strategies, and token usage monitoring.

• Develop and manage evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure consistent agent behavior as models and prompts change.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to transform vague product concepts into tangible, functional systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior full-stack experience with significant expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node, and PostgreSQL — demonstrating the capability to make sound architectural decisions in uncertain situations.

• Practical experience in developing production AI systems: encompassing agentic workflows, multi-model orchestration, RAG/vector databases, prompt caching, semantic memory, token tracking, and evaluation/testing frameworks.

• A proven history of independently owning a product area — whether in a startup, a successful side project, or serving as the primary AI architect on a small team.

• Strong systems thinking and flexible problem-solving skills; able to assess trade-offs across the entire stack, not just within your specific area of expertise.

• Excellent communication skills — you ask insightful questions, articulate your thought process clearly, and are open to discussion rather than insisting on being right.

• An AI-native development perspective: you are actively building with AI tools, rather than merely adding AI features to existing products.

• A genuine enthusiasm for asynchronous, distributed work and being part of a small, agile team.
