Full Stack Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the organization's financial records and operational accounting functions.

• Produce precise Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements by established closing deadlines.

• Assist with year-end closing procedures and the preparation of workpapers for external CPAs.

• Ensure a well-organized, logical, and consistent chart of accounts and class tracking framework.

• Proactively oversee collections and monitor invoices.

• Collect, assess, and utilize sales and remittance information from vendor portals.

• Compute product-level margins and contribution margins by SKU.

• Provide support to external CPA partners with financial statements, audits, and materials for tax preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing, reconciliations, accounts receivable management, and financial reporting.

• Preferred experience in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or inventory-based businesses.

• Mid-level to senior-level accounting background with strong operational execution capabilities.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Bill.com, retailer portals, Shopify, Mirakl, DSCO/Rithum, Braintree, and PayPal is preferred.
