Fulfillment Specialist, Catalog

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee dashboards across various platforms to effectively manage and fulfill requests from corporate end-users.

• Accurately process customer orders within agreed SLAs, adhering to established protocols.

• Engage in communication with clients and internal teams in English.

• Work collaboratively across departments, including Operations, Implementation, and Client Support.

• Use internal software systems to meticulously document all support activities.

• Detect errors and inconsistencies, promptly resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.

• Keep current with the latest mobility technologies, internal processes, and client expectations.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume order processing, data entry, or operations.

• Proficient in English — Upper-Intermediate level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to multitask across various screens and systems.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Competence in Microsoft Office and similar applications.

• Ability to clearly document and capture processes.

• Strong analytical abilities, including identifying errors and extracting insights from data.

• A problem-solving mindset with a quick resolution capacity.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in customer support and English-language client communication (preferred).

• Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred).

• Background in mobility or telecom (preferred).
