FTZ Support Engineer – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary Team Lead for FTZ Support and serve as the Tier 2 escalation contact for QAD FTZ software.

• Guide and enhance the skills of our FTZ Tier 1 support agents.

• Analyze and prioritize intricate compliance tickets.

• Oversee, mentor, and educate our frontline FTZ Support Agents on all facets of FTZ ICRS utilization.

• Collaborate closely with FTZ Product and Engineering leadership as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Function as the senior technical liaison for top FTZ enterprise accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) operations.

• Understanding of how FTZ software interacts with the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and the Automated Broker Interface (ABI).

• In-depth operational knowledge and experience in processing FTZ transactions.

• Familiarity with necessary reporting, CBP, and PGA interactions in the operation of an FTZ.

• Strong comprehension of how software, particularly FTZ software, utilizes integration for transaction processing.

• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
