This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with our design team, product managers, and cross-disciplinary engineering teams to convert requirements into high-quality frontend solutions.

• Update the customer control panel by transitioning outdated templates to React and Tailwind CSS.

• Create accessible, user-friendly interfaces for both new and existing products across storage, cloud-native, and GPU infrastructure teams, as well as non-product areas like compliance.

• Develop and sustain our reusable component library utilizing tools like Storybook.

• Produce clean, well-tested code using frameworks such as Jest to guarantee reliability and maintainability.

• Diagnose and resolve frontend issues while assisting teammates in troubleshooting complex problems.

• Consistently advocate for best practices in frontend development, accessibility (WCAG), and performance.

• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to shaping the culture of frontend engineering at Vultr.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with practical, professional experience in React.

• Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

• Knowledge of HTML templating languages (such as Twig, Pug, or Jinja).

• Experience with Webpack or similar tools for managing JavaScript dependencies.

• Exposure to backend languages, such as PHP, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and component tools such as Storybook.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with a rapidly evolving frontend engineering team.
