Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain cutting-edge web applications utilizing Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Create reusable and scalable UI components within the design framework.

• Integrate and display content from Headless WordPress (Gutenberg) via REST APIs.

• Construct responsive, accessible, and SEO-focused user experiences.

• Work in collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams to provide high-quality features.

• Connect third-party services, analytics, and personalization tools.

• Enhance frontend performance, Core Web Vitals, and the overall user experience.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools to boost engineering productivity and improve code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Headless WordPress and REST API consumption.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend best practices.

• Proven experience in building reusable component-based architectures.

• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and frontend performance enhancement.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS and contemporary frontend tools.

• Proficient in Git and modern development methodologies.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar.

• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively.
