This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop UI components

• Implement unit and E2E testing

• Optimize web performance through Core Web Vitals

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers

• Ensure code quality

• Participate in defining frontend architecture

• Guarantee accessibility and performance

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams

• Build interactive and high-performance user interfaces

• Contribute to the establishment of standards and the adoption of best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years or more of experience in software development, primarily focused on web application development

• Experience in building medium-complexity systems, emphasizing performance and stability

• Proven ability to contribute to technical decisions and collaborate on architectural definitions

• Involvement in technology migrations, performance optimization, or scalability efforts

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Security, DevOps, NetSecOps, Frontend, etc.)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous delivery cycles

• Effective communication skills with technical and business stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in Information Technology

• Knowledge and experience in web technologies

• Experience with unit and E2E testing

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and web performance optimization

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with web accessibility
