Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain contemporary web applications utilizing Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Create reusable and scalable UI components aligned with the design system.

• Incorporate and display content from Headless WordPress (Gutenberg) through REST APIs.

• Design user experiences that are responsive, accessible, and optimized for SEO.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Backend teams to implement high-quality features.

• Integrate third-party services, analytics, and personalization tools effectively.

• Enhance frontend performance, Core Web Vitals, and the overall user experience.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and make architectural choices.

• Utilize AI-powered development tools to boost engineering productivity and code excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Experience with Headless WordPress and the consumption of REST APIs.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend best practices.

• Proven experience in creating reusable component-based architectures.

• Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and frontend performance enhancement.

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend development tools.

• Experience with Git and contemporary development workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar technologies.

• A strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
