Frontend Developer – Angular/React Native, Semi Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality and valuable frontend solutions, optimizing delivery and product metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, adoption, and CSAT).

• Design UI architecture, define and version APIs/integration contracts from the client side, and establish testing strategies and quality gates in CI for the frontend.

• Ensure performance, accessibility, and inclusivity (compliance with WCAG), observability, and non-functional requirements in the user experience.

• Operate the product in production: participate in the squad's on-call, monitor health, resolve incidents, and reduce toil through automation.

• Collaborate with the triad (PM/PD/Engineering) in discovery and delivery, prioritizing technical versus functional work and communicating risks and dependencies.

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (ADRs, component specifications, and deployment guides) along with practices for code review and pair programming.

• Manage frontend technical debt, promote security by design, and adopt AI-first practices to accelerate development and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Angular 2 (very important).

• Design Systems experience.

• Focus on product, results, and impact.

• Familiarity with development practices.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (very important).

• Versioning knowledge.

• Proficiency with GIT.

• Understanding of Design Patterns.

• SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with React.

• Proficient in HTML and CSS.

• Experience with React Native.

• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery.

• Experience with Next.js.

• Interface design skills.

• Effective information visualization capabilities.

• Experience with AI assistants.
