Front-End Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the implementation strategy, schedule, and key milestones for each new clinic and health system, ensuring a seamless and timely go-live.

• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations with precision, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to timelines.

• Act as the polished and professional liaison throughout the implementation process, demonstrating credibility and composure when interacting with physicians and health-system executives.

• Gauge the atmosphere and adjust accordingly, effectively managing complex stakeholders, expectations, and occasional tense moments while preserving relationships.

• Provide proactive communication through executive-level status updates, project kickoffs, and milestone assessments.

• Identify potential obstacles before they arise, escalate issues early, and drive them towards resolution.

• Conduct a structured transition to the Customer Success Manager at the go-live point, ensuring the seamless transfer of relationships, context, and account specifics so that the clinic benefits from a cohesive team experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client-facing delivery, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS sectors.

• Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple implementations to ensure timely completion.

• Outstanding communication abilities and executive presence, comfortable engaging with physicians and health-system leaders.

• A proactive and anticipatory mindset, adept at assessing situations and addressing challenges before they escalate.

• Highly organized and composed under pressure, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in AI technologies, demonstrating active and effective use of AI tools in your daily professional tasks.
