Front End / Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, maintainable code that sets a robust standard for quality and delivery.

• Create modern, user-centric features utilizing React.js.

• Work in close collaboration with UX designers to provide intuitive, accessible, and well-structured interfaces.

• Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.

• Construct reusable components and front-end libraries to enhance scalability.

• Diagnose UI issues and debug application code.

• Optimize applications for performance across various browsers and devices.

• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications as part of long-term client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong professional background with React.js and its fundamental principles.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX design and design systems.

• Familiarity with integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.

• Capability to convert business requirements into clear technical solutions.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and with tools like Jira.

• Experience with .NET / .NET Core (Nice to Have / Full Stack).

• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS preferred), including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS / DynamoDB.

• Experience in building or supporting serverless backend services.

• Understanding of web services, REST, and web protocols.

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
