Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and Launch Frontend Features: Design, implement, and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend components utilizing TypeScript/React.

• Deliver High-Quality Frontend Experiences: Create reusable, accessible, and high-performing UI components in React.

• Enhance User Experience: Work closely with product and design teams to provide intuitive user experiences.

• Advocate for Code Quality: Ensure that you and other team members contribute clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code that is easy to maintain and extend, aligning with our technical strategy and coding standards.

• Fortify System Architecture: Provide guidance in the technical output of your team and ensure that technical designs adhere to appropriate design patterns, are architecturally sound, and comply with secure coding practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Frontend Experience: Over 5 years of professional experience in hands-on roles involving frontend systems, preferably within a SaaS context.

• Proficiency in React & TypeScript: Experience in developing modern web applications with React and TypeScript, focusing on component-based architecture and state management.

• AI Tooling Expertise: Lead the assessment and integration of new AI developer tools to enhance team productivity.

• Agile & Collaborative Mindset: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD principles. You excel in a collaborative team environment.

• Empathetic & Responsible: You demonstrate compassion, understand that your team's success is interconnected with your own, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
