This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain the company's website using a modern headless CMS stack, including Next.js, Sanity CMS, and Vercel, ensuring a responsive design, optimal performance, and an exceptional user experience.
• Assume responsibility for features and workstreams from start to finish, reliably delivering complex tasks with a focus on craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead, providing thoughtful contributions to technical discussions and decisions.
• Assist in maintaining our Sanity CMS content models, schemas, and editorial workflows to facilitate scalable and efficient content operations.
• Work in conjunction with product, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate the website with product offerings.
• Implement and manage analytics, A/B testing, and tracking systems to evaluate website performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Adhere to web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices, striving for high standards in Core Web Vitals and WCAG compliance across the site.
• Build and integrate third-party services and APIs into the web stack, encompassing analytics platforms, marketing tools, and GTM/data layer implementations.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to improve build quality, speed up delivery, and discover smarter solutions.
• Share knowledge and provide support to teammates through collaboration and code review.
• 3–5 years of experience in web development, with practical professional experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Next.js (or similar React-based frameworks).
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, including familiarity with App Router, rendering strategies (SSG, ISR, SSR), and Vercel deployment.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Sanity CMS, including working with schemas, GROQ queries, and structured content.
• Solid command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a thorough understanding of the DOM, accessibility, and browser rendering.
• Demonstrated ability to create multi-platform components (mobile and web) that are cross-browser compatible and responsive across various device sizes.
• Experience in developing accessible (WCAG), high-performance (Core Web Vitals), and localization-ready web experiences.
• Familiarity with incorporating third-party APIs and services into a Next.js environment, including analytics, tracking, and marketing tools.
• Proficient with Tailwind CSS for utility-first styling and experienced in working within a component-based design system.
• Comfortable with modern developer tools: TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and component-based development.
• Willingness to embrace AI-assisted development workflows—utilizing tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to enhance efficiency and code quality rather than just for novelty.
• A collaborative work style complemented by strong communication skills—actively engaging, taking direction well, and contributing insights as part of a team.
• Possess good problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
