Front-End Developer II – ShareGate Migrate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging, high-performance, and accessible interfaces that establish the quality standard for the new web application from the onset;

• Transform the Product Designer's prototypes into reusable, well-organized, and consistent components that expedite the delivery of new features;

• Build a robust and sustainable front-end foundation from the beginning by participating in architectural decisions capable of scaling;

• Seamlessly integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) to ensure smooth authentication and migration processes on the client side in production;

• Facilitate end-to-end feature delivery by contributing to backend C#/.NET development as needed, in collaboration with the team;

• Foster a culture of front-end quality from the ground up by implementing testing practices that empower the team to deliver confidently;

• Enhance the team's overall capability through code reviews and knowledge sharing that elevate the skills of others;

• Utilize AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to achieve a level of interface quality and productivity that exceeds what an individual developer could accomplish alone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering commercial software products with significant customer adoption;

• Demonstrated expertise in building web applications using TypeScript and React;

• Proven hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases;

• Strong backend development capabilities in C# / .NET;

• Practical experience utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily development activities;

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for addressing ambiguous and technically complex issues;

• A clear and proactive communicator who takes initiative, operates transparently, and keeps team members informed;

• Familiarity with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
