This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Delivering customer support via inbound phone calls and email communications
• Assisting clients with inquiries related to products, including fit, materials, fabric care, and overall product knowledge
• Facilitating order placements, tracking, returns, and general account-related inquiries
• Resolving customer issues with a solution-focused and professional demeanor
• Providing a customer experience that reflects premium retail standards
• Recording interactions in required systems for effective service delivery
• Adhering to general service protocols while customizing communication to suit individual customer preferences
• Native or near-native proficiency in French
• Strong professional English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Background in customer service, call center support, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred
• Ability to handle both phone and written customer interactions comfortably
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, private workspace suitable for voice communications
