This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Deliver precise information regarding products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support customers with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance.
• Refer complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.

• Native or fluent in French; proficient in English (B2 level or above).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive and empathetic demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and manage difficult situations with composure.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools is advantageous.
