This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Leverage business insight to proactively identify challenges and opportunities in our customer interactions.

• Utilize phone, live chat, and web tickets to collaborate with customers, effectively addressing issues while adapting to varying volumes of inquiries.

• Eliminate technical obstacles for our customers and assist them in navigating a range of tools within HubSpot.

• Independently harness the full potential of support resources and tools, making sense of new and technical information.

• Employ troubleshooting frameworks to test, replicate, and investigate technical inquiries, thereby reducing escalations and resolution times.

• Identify and diagnose software issues to enhance the product experience for our customers.

• Deliver thoughtful, empathetic, and comprehensive resolutions tailored to each customer, enabling them to enhance their business.

• Collaborate within HubSpot to engage customers more deeply with our platform and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Serve as a role model and trusted advisor within the team, demonstrating a customer-first mindset and taking ownership of even the most complex and sensitive issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.

• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Exhibit a strong customer-first approach and enjoy providing long-term value to others.

• Excel in a dynamic and collaborative setting and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Seek regular feedback and coaching to facilitate your learning and growth in the role.

• Capable of understanding and utilizing documented knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve, and advise on technical queries.

• Passionate about developing technical skills and gaining in-depth knowledge about our product and associated technical concepts.
