French Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to healthcare professionals via phone for software-related inquiries

• Manage incoming inquiries and initiate proactive outbound calls as necessary

• Conduct training for users over the phone on how to utilize the services

• Efficiently handle email requests

• Offer advice to clients and respond to product-related questions

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to guarantee customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable providing support through phone and email

• Capable of clearly explaining software and product information

• Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach

• Must reside within 50 km of the Braga office

• Must possess the legal right to work in Portugal

• Complexity Bonus: €25/month for 11 months
