
French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Project Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat in both English and French.
• Address customer inquiries that include product information, order assistance, account queries, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Achieve customer service KPIs set by the Customer Happiness Manager (response time, resolution time, CSAT, etc.).
• Consistently meet individual and team performance targets.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of policies, processes, and product guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Gather and share customer feedback to enhance product experience and service quality.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends for timely resolution.
• Work proactively with internal teams to enhance workflows and customer experience.
• Navigate various tools and platforms confidently (CRM, ticketing systems, knowledge bases).
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Happiness Manager.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support capacity.
• Experience in consumer goods, toys, electronics, or subscription-based products is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both French and English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across globally distributed teams.
