Freelancer in B2B Telesales, 100% remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Conduct outreach via telephone to CEOs and key decision-makers within the B2B space.

• Follow up with businesses that have previously received communication from us.

• Engage in proactive customer acquisition through phone interactions.

• Perform needs assessments and engage in consultative sales discussions.

• Showcase our services during video conferences.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals effectively.

• Finalize B2B contracts.

• Keep track of and document activities within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

• Proven experience in acquiring new customers via telephone.

• Exhibits a confident and professional demeanor when interacting with CEOs and decision-makers.

• Possesses high self-motivation and strong skills in closing sales.

• Works independently and follows a structured approach.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Access to a fully equipped home office, including a Microsoft device.

• Technical prerequisites: personal laptop or PC running Windows.

• Reliable internet connection.
