Freelance Website, Creative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage client websites across various CMS platforms, with a focus on Duda.

• Execute website modifications, page constructions, and layout enhancements.

• Set up CMS widgets, forms, buttons, and integrate third-party code.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness, functional navigation, and overall site quality.

• Design branded visual layouts and graphics using Figma or Canva.

• Edit, trim, and format short videos or user-generated content for websites and digital placements.

• Conduct quality assurance across mobile and desktop devices to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.

• Manage task assignments and ticket queues in Jira.

• Clearly communicate progress and any obstacles with internal stakeholders.

• Assist in clearing client support queues, ensuring websites are polished, branded, and operational.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in building or maintaining websites on content management systems.

• Experience with Duda is highly advantageous; familiarity with WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace is also beneficial.

• Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, color theory, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

• Proficient in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva Video for basic video editing tasks.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS from a design/layout perspective.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Capable of managing a high volume of tasks with minimal oversight.

• Structured availability to regularly overlap with core EST business hours, approximately 20 hours per week.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
