Freelance Web Designer, Copywriting for Email Marketing – Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design visually appealing and impactful graphics/images/icons utilizing your preferred tools (such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

• Craft customized text for each email using our ChatGPT / ASANA framework.

• Establish email templates in Klaviyo.

• Manage projects through Asana and Slack.

• Learn and assimilate into our agency workflow to ensure the entire team operates within a unified structure.

• Submit a first draft within 2–4 days following assignment.

• Proven experience in graphic design and copywriting.

• Familiarity with email marketing practices.

• Basic experience with CRM systems (specifically Klaviyo).

• HTML skills are advantageous.

• A self-directed, dependable work ethic with strong motivation.

• Proficiency in German at a native-speaker level.

• Must have freelance or business registration (self-employed) established.
