This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient support to players through our ticketing system, and possibly via chat and email.
• Address technical, account, and gameplay inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Elevate complex issues and work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure comprehensive resolution.
• Identify and document recurring player concerns, proposing enhancements to improve the player experience.
• Keep current knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, remaining updated on game modifications and community trends.
• Provide support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Turkish, Portuguese, or Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external interactions.
• Proven empathy, patience, and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools (ticketing systems, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting).
• A deep passion for online games and a sincere desire to assist the player community.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance).
