Freelance Regional Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise the planning, initiation, execution, and conclusion of clinical trials within your designated region.

• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee efficient and effective trial operations.

• Track trial progress and address any issues that may arise, offering timely resolutions.

• Establish and nurture robust working relationships with investigative sites and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as life sciences or nursing) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing regional or multi-site clinical trials.

• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Detail-oriented with a dedication to quality and ethical practices in clinical trials.

• High integrity: Ability to work collaboratively and build trust within a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a capacity to adapt swiftly to changing situations.

• Openness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
