Freelance Product Developer – Beauty & Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance cosmetic and dietary supplement products from initial concept to market introduction.

• Conduct analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to uncover new product opportunities.

• Prepare product briefings and coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, and development collaborators.

• Supervise formulation, sampling, and optimization activities.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards for cosmetics and dietary supplements within the EU.

• Improve existing products for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, operations, and executive management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in the product development of cosmetic items, with a focus on dietary supplements being preferable.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching cosmetic products in the European marketplace is essential.

• Experience working with manufacturers, laboratories, and suppliers of raw materials.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the EU market.

• Independent, organized, and results-driven work approach.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, Amazon, or direct-to-consumer environments is an advantage.
