• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled in utilizing customer service software and tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Experience in Data Entry and Management.
• Familiarity with Social Media Moderation is an advantage.
