Freelance Clinical Project Manager – Mandarin Fluency, Early Phase Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and Ergomed Senior Management regarding project progress.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints and defined scope, upholding the necessary quality standards set by the industry, sponsor, and Ergomed.

• Collaborate with project team members, provide necessary training, and ensure proper task assignments.

• Create, assess, and refine project plans to ensure alignment with objectives and milestones.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings pertinent to study activities, including study organization, initiation, execution, and closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing international clinical trials within a CRO setting, specifically in early phase oncology.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field.
