Freelance Clinical Project Manager – Mandarin Fluency, Early Phase Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison with sponsors and Ergomed Senior Management regarding project progress.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and within the defined scope, while upholding the necessary quality standards set by the industry, sponsors, and Ergomed.

• Collaborate with project team members, providing training as necessary and ensuring appropriate task assignments.

• Create, assess, and revise project plans to ensure alignment with objectives and milestones.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings pertinent to study activities, including study organization, initiation, execution, and closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for international clinical trials in a CRO setting, particularly in early phase oncology.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field.
