This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze existing functional shirts and underwear products in terms of fit, cut, comfort, and functionality.

• Optimize cutting, grading, and size charts for various sizes.

• Develop specific improvement proposals for existing products.

• Create, adjust, and test patterns.

• Independently sew samples and prototypes to practically assess new cutting solutions.

• Evaluate fit, stretch behavior, workmanship, seams, and wearing comfort.

• Assist in the creation or revision of technical product documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team on product requirements, target audience, and implementation possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in garment technology, pattern development, pattern construction, or pattern making.

• Strong understanding of close-fitting, elastic garments.

• Experience with jersey, stretch materials, underwear, sportswear, activewear, shapewear, or similar product categories.

• Proficient in grading, size charts, and fit optimization.

• Ability to independently sew samples or prototypes and conduct practical testing.

• Technical understanding of workmanship, seams, material behavior, and wearing comfort.

• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable work style.

• Experience with functional clothing is a plus.

• Familiarity with tech packs, production documentation, or supplier communication is advantageous.
