This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

• Initiate phone conversations with executives and decision-makers within the B2B landscape.

• Follow up with organizations that have previously received an introductory message.

• Proactively acquire new clients via telephone (cold calling).

• Conduct needs assessments and perform consultative sales calls.

• Showcase services through video meetings.

• Develop and track proposals.

• Finalize B2B contracts.

• Keep records and document activities in the CRM system.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales.

• Proven experience in telephone-based customer acquisition (cold calling).

• Confident and professional attitude when interacting with executives and decision-makers.

• Highly self-driven with exceptional closing abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both written and verbal.

• Must have a fully equipped home office with a Microsoft device.

• Possess a laptop or PC running the Windows operating system.

• Reliable internet connection is essential.

• Professional-grade headset required.

• A quiet workspace is necessary.

• Proficient in email, CRM, and communication tools.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B sales.
