Freelance AI Trainer, Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Work independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Evaluate, annotate, and assess AI outputs for grammatical correctness, natural flow, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as a key quality assurance checkpoint during production, proactively spotting and rectifying subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in the Arabic language.

• Examine trends in task quality and independently produce educational resources and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI task outputs and campaign objectives.

• Offer native-level language vetting as projects scale and provide specialized linguistic consulting throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or other disciplines that demand meticulous attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, hands-on experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in Arabic at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to effectively convert raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational materials.

• A thorough approach to language, with the acuity to identify and amend even the most subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.
