Freelance Account Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams within integrated media for client campaigns, developing and managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and clear expectation management.

• Anticipate and proactively respond to client needs, assessing the implications for strategy, execution, and overall business impact.

• Supervise the creation of project briefs.

• Provide a strategic perspective to enhance creative concepts.

• Evaluate deliverables against briefs and client requests/revisions.

• Strive to contribute beyond the fundamental job requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years of agency experience in account management.

• Proven experience in a dynamic agency setting, managing multiple deliverables.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Understanding of video production, digital, social media, and the integrated campaign development process.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Strong creative instincts.

• Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt resourcefully and positively to new demands, priorities, challenges, or obstacles.

• Business savvy with the ability to discuss marketing and business needs that extend beyond advertising.

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of specific categories/industries.
