Fraud Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from cardholders to confirm any suspicious debit card activity.

• Make outbound calls to cardholders for the purpose of verifying questionable debit card transactions.

• Gain a thorough understanding of fraud case management through the fraud detection system.

• Recognize emerging trends in fraud.

• Help reduce fraudulent transaction activities.

• Engage with both internal and external customers in a professional and respectful manner.

• Work from Sunday to Thursday, 9am–6pm, during the first shift.

• Background in banking, financial services, or fraud detection is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proven reliability and dependability in a metrics-focused environment.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic inbound and outbound call center setting.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and achieving goals.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to multitask across various computer screens while conversing and typing with cardholders and financial institutions.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
