
Fraud Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming calls from customers related to account inquiries, transactions, and concerns regarding fraud.
• Recognize and address potential fraud using training, account information, and internal resources; escalate complicated cases when necessary.
• Manage fraud claims and disputes according to client protocols.
• Articulate account problems and solutions clearly, maintaining a professional, empathetic, and confidential demeanor.
• Carry out investigations with precision and diligence, recording all actions and discussions in the case management system.
• Assist team operations with additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles is required.
• Proficiency in English is necessary.
• Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
• Must reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.

• Night differential: Earn an additional $1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 6 PM to 6 AM AST, from Monday to Sunday.
• Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour for shifts on Saturday and Sunday, from 6 AM to 6 PM AST.
• Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to an extra $350 per month after training by achieving performance metrics.
