This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee training for new hires, career progression, and skill enhancement.
• Educate both new and existing team members on client projects, with a focus on maintaining customer confidentiality and security protocols.
• Create training materials and communication strategies for non-classroom environments.
• Evaluate the performance of individual participants and overall class effectiveness.
• Engage in minor client interactions, including providing feedback on curriculum and participating in client visits.
• Uphold high standards of ethical and professional behavior with new team members.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to Security, HR, and Operations.
• Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
• Minimum of 2 years experience utilizing Native Sabre GDS.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or training experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric call center environment.
• Six months of prior customer service experience.
• Capability to perform under pressure, plan effectively, meet deadlines, and hold others accountable for their performance.
• Strong organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership of tasks and commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Enthusiastic and comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Patience with diverse learning styles.
• Ability to identify the best approaches for task completion.
• Proven track record of overcoming unforeseen challenges using logical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts depending on business requirements.
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience required.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening.
• Must reside in the US and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
