This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and enhance the daily operations of inbound call centers.
• Meet and surpass client expectations and requirements in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure that daily performance metrics are achieved or exceeded, including quality, service levels, and adherence to schedules.
• Coach and mentor agents to enhance performance for about 80% of the workday.
• Foster an environment that emphasizes fun, enthusiasm, and accountability.
• Develop performance improvement plans.
• Administer coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Manage internal and client-driven performance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including Security, HR, and Operations requirements.
• Report known policy violations to the appropriate management personnel.
• Handle calls as needed.
• Serve as the point of sale for domestic and international travel requirements.
• Coordinate routine and complex travel arrangements, including air, rail, car, and hotel, utilizing a GDS.
• Must have experience with GDS Native Sabre.
• At least 2 years of experience required.
• A college degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Capability to work under pressure, plan effectively, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others.
• Strong organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure follow-through to achieve desired outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in identifying effective strategies for task completion.
• Proven track record of overcoming unforeseen challenges and applying logical problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in line with North American business standards.
• Availability to work various shifts depending on business requirements.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong attendance record is mandatory.
• Must pass mandatory background checks, which may include pre-screening, drug tests, and credit checks.
• Must reside within the United States.
