This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with teams from Data Science, Product, Engineering, Support, and Human Data.
• Analyze data quality reports and verify instances of fraud.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex edge cases.
• Conduct regular audits of the participant network.
• Work closely with Data Science to assess flagged participants.
• Identify opportunities for task automation and propose product features.
• Draft, enhance, and document internal policies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in AI and data interpretation.
• An investigative approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable navigating and querying databases.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
