Fraud Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

• Review and evaluate transactions that are deemed high-risk.

• Detect suspicious trends in customer behavior.

• Oversee activities across various payment gateways.

• Establish protocols to mitigate risks.

• Manage sensitive customer interactions with confidentiality.

• Conduct discreet account assessments.

• Address complex situations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain community trust standards.

• Assist in enhancing fraud prevention systems.

• Document and revise internal security procedures.

• Identify weaknesses in existing fraud prevention strategies.

• Suggest improvements to processes.

• Keep comprehensive records of fraud cases.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Generate and evaluate metrics related to fraud prevention.

• Work collaboratively with team members on risk assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer experience or related fields.

• A proven history in fraud analysis or risk management.

• Background in the e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pattern recognition.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills coupled with empathy.

• Capacity to work independently with sound decision-making.

• Familiarity with various payment gateway systems.

• Computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.

• Internet connection with a speed of at least 40MBPS.

• Headset featuring a noise-canceling microphone and a webcam.

• Access to a backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

• A reliable internet connection.

• Personal computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or equivalent operating system.

• Availability during US business hours and occasional weekends.
