Fraud Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze high-risk transactions.

• Detect suspicious trends in customer behavior.

• Oversee activities across various payment gateways.

• Establish protocols for risk mitigation.

• Manage sensitive customer interactions with confidentiality.

• Perform confidential reviews of accounts.

• Address complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain standards for community trust.

• Aid in enhancing fraud prevention systems.

• Record and update internal security measures.

• Identify weaknesses in existing fraud prevention strategies.

• Suggest improvements to processes.

• Keep thorough records of fraud incidents.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Produce and evaluate metrics for fraud prevention.

• Work collaboratively with team members on risk assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

• Demonstrated success in fraud analysis or risk management.

• Background in e-commerce or the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.

• Proven ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to recognize patterns.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Strong communication and empathy skills.

• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

• Experience with various payment gateway systems.

• Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• Headset featuring an extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection.

• Quiet and dedicated home workspace.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Must provide personal computer with Intel Core i5 or a similar or higher operating system.

• Availability during U.S. business hours.

• Occasional weekend availability for urgent issues.
