Franchise Business Consultant – West Coast Florida

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Meet the operational and business performance objectives for a portfolio of Franchisees, as established by the regional operations leader.

• Lead the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to evaluate past performance against previously set goals and commitments, and to establish future objectives.

• Collaborate with Franchisees on key focus areas to enhance sales, profitability, and network expansion while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.

• Create a coaching plan for Franchisees through regular check-ins to ensure they adhere to their commitments.

• Monitor and analyze ongoing data and analytics to steer Franchisee actions towards their goals, commitments, and plans.

• Analyze data to deliver coaching and recommendations on key priorities for Franchisees to focus on.

• Follow up on Franchisee commitments and track data to assess progress.

• Assist Franchisees in comprehending the processes involved in remodeling and constructing new restaurants.

• Coordinate with the construction team and Franchisees to monitor milestones, ensuring that completed facilities meet the required operational standards.

• Provide support during all remodels and new store openings.

• Facilitate communication between Franchisees and relevant cross-functional partners based on the individual goals and opportunities of the Franchisees, aiming for a safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit expansion.

• Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team as needed on updates related to operational initiatives and the rollout of new marketing products and promotions.

• Oversee and support the implementation of local, DMA, and regional marketing strategies.

• Conduct evaluations of restaurants as required, based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators.

• Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training assistance for Franchisees.

• Ensure the judicious use of G&A expenses within the guidelines set by regional leaders.

• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities and requirements of the position promptly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (4-year).

• At least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations.

• Previous leadership experience is essential.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills – capable of effectively managing time, planning, and working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to establish credibility and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Competent in developing and executing plans to achieve results.

• Proficient in utilizing data to guide decision-making.

• Skilled in bringing people together to address and resolve issues.

• Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; able to effectively adjust to various situations and personalities.

• Inquisitive with a strong desire for continuous learning.

• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Proficient in consultation and strategic coaching.

• Orientation towards compliance.

• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.

• Innovative and creative mindset.
