This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Attain the operational and business performance objectives for the Franchisee portfolio, as determined by the regional operations leader.
• Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to evaluate performance against prior goals and commitments and to align on future objectives.
• Coordinate priority areas with Franchisees to enhance business sales, profitability, and network expansion, while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.
• Create a coaching plan for Franchisees through regular check-ins to ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions towards their objectives and commitments.
• Analyze data to offer coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisees to address.
• Follow up on Franchisee commitments and track data to assess progress.
• Assist Franchisees in comprehending the processes for remodeling and constructing new restaurants.
• Collaborate with the construction team and Franchisees, monitor milestones, and hold Franchisees accountable to guarantee that completed facilities meet operational specifications.
• Provide support during all remodels and new store openings.
• Facilitate communication between Franchisees and relevant cross-functional partners based on the individual goals and opportunities of the Franchisees, in pursuit of a safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit expansion.
• Engage and collaborate “as needed” with the Field Marketing Team on updates related to operational initiatives and new marketing product and promotional rollouts.
• Oversee and support the implementation of local, DMA, and regional marketing plans.
• Conduct evaluations of restaurants as required based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators.
• Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training assistance for the Franchisees.
• Ensure the efficient use of G&A expenses within the parameters established by regional leaders.
• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities and requirements of the position in a timely manner.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (4 years).
• At least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills – capable of effectively managing time, planning, and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish credibility and build trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in developing and executing plans to drive results.
• Proficient in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Capable of bringing people together to solve problems.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changes in direction; able to effectively adjust to varying situations and personalities.
