This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Achieve operational and business performance objectives for a portfolio of Franchisees, as established by the regional operations leader.
• Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to evaluate performance against past goals and commitments, and to set future goals and commitments.
• Collaborate with Franchisees on priority areas to enhance sales, profitability, and network expansion, while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.
• Develop a coaching plan for Franchisees through regular check-ins to ensure adherence to commitments.
• Track and analyze ongoing data to steer Franchisee actions towards achieving their goals, commitments, and plans.
• Interpret data to offer coaching and recommendations on priorities that Franchisees need to address.
• Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to assess progress.
• Assist Franchisees in comprehending the processes involved in remodeling and constructing new restaurants.
• Coordinate with the construction team and Franchisees, monitor milestones, and hold Franchisees accountable to ensure that completed facilities meet the necessary operational specifications.
• Provide assistance during all remodels and new store openings.
• Facilitate communication between Franchisees and relevant cross-functional partners based on the individual goals and opportunities of the Franchisees in pursuit of a safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit expansion.
• Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team as needed for updates on operational initiatives and the rollout of new marketing products and promotions.
• Oversee the implementation of local, DMA, and regional marketing plans.
• Conduct evaluations of restaurants as needed based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators.
• Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training support for Franchisees.
• Ensure the effective use of G&A expenses within the parameters set by regional leaders.
• Complete all necessary administrative functions and requirements of the position promptly.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 5
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills – capable of effectively managing time, planning, and working independently with minimal supervision
• Must establish credibility and build trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in developing and executing plans to achieve results
• Ability to utilize data to inform decision-making
• Capable of bringing people together to resolve issues
• Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; able to adjust effectively to various situations and personalities
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations
